Can we use Desk Phone and Cordless (DECT) Phones too?

Yes if you would like desk phones or a cordless system we are able to provide these for both Home and the Office.

Every user can support multiple devices and using continuity transfer calls between your own devices mid call.

Can I port my Number?

You certainly can, and once on our platform there will be no charge for inbound calls.

It usually takes around 10 working days to transfer a number.

Please note due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Openreach has suspended all number porting.
In the short term we recommend setting a Forward Unconditional on you existing line to one of our local numbers. We can still display your main business numbers for you.

Forwarding is also a great way to temporary increase you line count is you are a restaurant changing to takeaway service. Many have one line, but the new takeaway needs more for the demand, one number will allow multiple calls when forwarded.
